An absolutely incredible experience! I haven't pushed myself physically and mentally like that in a while so I was nervous, but I felt like I was in such a safe space to really go there. Megan is an amazing instructor and the energy in the room was so encouraging. I can’t wait to go back!

I tried this studio for the first time today, I was so impressed! The instructor, Emily was great. The studio, including the locker room and showers was clean. I wish I lived closer, I’d be a member there if I did. I was looking for a place where I could take a 26&2 class, because the instructor at my regular studio is away and she’s the only one who teaches that class. This place was worth the drive from queens. The only thing I think they could improve on is that they don’t offer any sort of introductory special like other studios. Or even if I could have applied this first class to a class pack. I was hesitant to sign up for anything more than a single class sight unseen, because I tried a different place closer to home and it was terrible. It’s still a five star studio otherwise so that’s what I’m rating it.

There are bad addictions, and then there are good addictions. Without a doubt, this one is the latter. I do what I can to make it here whenever possible. All of the instructors are motivating and push you to do your best, whether it’s getting one more rep in the hot Inferno Pilates class, or getting deeper in your asanas in yoga. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and take a class.
