its so disgusting and messy .. clothes and toys thrown everywhere on the ground ! employees just restock merch any space they can find or stack on top of each other. Then the pet aisle.. rat poop EVERYWHERE its soo disgusting dont even buy anything edible there for your fur babies rats get into the treats

Store is clearly understaffed. The wait time to cashier is about an hour. Far less time to find my product. Management should be replaced with mindful employees to customers needs and valued time.

The lady in the fitting room was disrespectful racism and rude. I was there trying clothe whe I called my daughter and husband over to see the clothe she refuse to let them get closer and eve put her hand so my daughter (6 years ) was not able to come in
The manager only sorry
Not even a sincere apology
Feel so bad that I cry ?

Bad experience today I feel scam and robbed by people that work in this store manager need to be fire I bought a charger for my phone that cost me $20 plus tax wich doesn’t worked I went back to the store for refound or exchange with my receipt but the person call manager said to me I need the entire package and box needed the way as bought it and walked out and got robbed by $20 if was more money of course I will call police but today was only $20 wich doesn’t work all that but I want to warn peaple about my no so good experience on this store

I found what I was looking for! I went to this one after not finding what I was looking for at the East Meadow location. This store has much more selections and lots of options. The line was long but moved fast anyway. The cashier was friendly and respectful. I like this store!

Bad cashier!I love coming here but this Cashiers are all just young mind you I was with my mom and my kids. Vicky was the name on her tag started to have a conversation with another employee didn’t greet me didn’t give me my total my mom being nice said that I you and didn’t even reply. Marshall’s have to train their people right because they will lose costumers.
