“Anthony is the best salesman I’ve ever met at DXL. In fact, the manner in which he listens to the customer and makes recommendations exceeds expectations. Anthony deserves a five star rating. I am however alarmed by the Store Manager’s negative and offensive manner to me. He tried to take over the sale without asking questions and would not listen. In fact, he accused me of buying the jacket I bought in to match sizing was purchased from JC Penny and it wasn’t…it was a gift from the designer. He has a very nasty and offensive and antagonistic approach to customer service.”

“Very neat and very organized store they have a lot of merchandise from 5.11 but not enough as what's available on the website. Store has one fitting room. If you ever go there ask for Josh.D. He's an awesome sales person. Very mellow very helpful I definitely recommend this place for your tactical needs. They do carry the 5.11. women's line as well but like I previously said very limited inventory but the sales people make up for it with their professionalism and attitude. Ample parking in front of store .”
