Front desk super helpful. Nurse was wonderful with my daughter. The doctor was nice and communicated everything during the visit.

My daughter needed a step test and was sooo fearful of it. The nurse Stacey was soooo kind and understanding and after about a half hour, she finally was able to get the strep test done. She was unbelievable!!!!!

Horrible and waited over an hour to be seen when I had an appointment. Will never go back to Carle Place location..Re the reply..Do not say top notch service since the service was far from that.. The PA that saw my child told me his tonsils were inflamed BUT my child's tonsils were removed when he was 5.. She had no clue what she was talking about. Horrible service after a long wait for an appointment to be told that we did not have appointment that just means we are on list when you book an apt..Whole office had no clue what was going on...

We met the wonderful PA Elizabeth. Bedside manner was above and beyond. She listened to my concerns, she treated my son, she was on point and quick. Administer meds in office so we wouldn’t have to wait for pharmacy. I wish she was our primary!

Upon my arrival I was greeted and explain what had to be done to check my child in. As I finish all the paperwork on my phone they called me in to see the doctor it's was less than 10 mins. I got there around 10 pm so am not sure the wait time is during morning hours but you won't be disappointed they are friendly and professional.
