Giovanni from The Marsid M&M Group as the project coordinator for some children’s coloring books I was putting together. Prompt and informative communication was really appreciated from start to finish and he worked to get the project completed within a pretty tight timeframe. I’d also like to thank the Art team who worked patiently with a mixture of hand-drawn illustrations, text pages and additional elements…and kindly ordered everything as requested. Finished products look great and I will use them again for future projects.

My experience with this company is beyond excellent. I found M&M while researching for a company that could print and deliver a mockup book within 7-days for an important meeting.Starting with effortless communication with Giovanni Jaramillo, Sales & Marketing at The Marsid M&M Group, to their meeting all our expectations (understanding our needs, pricing within our budget, meeting our delivery target date.) More importantly, the quality of the mockup book turned out to be so great that our partners at the meeting thought it was the final book, not a mockup.This company has our attention for our future needs.

Recently, I needed a complex project done very quickly for an important last minute event and the team at Marsid M&M delivered over and above my expectations. When it comes to printing, it's critical to make sure every detail is right, I approved my final proof and the job went to print... but within the first few prints - the team quality checked and noticed an issue. I was contacted immediately and the team worked out a solution (with no additional charge to me) and ensured that my materials would be perfect when complete and still arrive on time. The communication, notifications about shipping and the follow-up to ensure my overall satisfaction was truly above my expectations. Right down to the way the job was packed -- I felt like they "had my back" and wouldn't let me down.... and I was right! Many years now that we been used they services for updated our new menus with a quick responded and good helped when we had some problem to uploaded the files. About 10 days, now we got the beautiful menus ready to use.Bangkok basil, in Redmond WA.

I'm on the other side of the country (Oregon) but in 2018 I was looking for someone to produce a folding header cards for my business and happened upon Marsid M&M's website. I sent an email inquiry in the evening and got a reply from the owner Barry Caputo in the middle of that night. I placed my first order and have continued to do business "long distance" ever since. Although I have never met anyone at Marsid, I always deal with the same people (Barry, Carin, Ryan and James) and it feels like you're doing business with old friends. The pricing has always competitive and my jobs are processed accurately, and turned around and shipped promptly. I am very happy to recommend Marsid M&M.

The Marsid M&M Group were heroes for our architecture firm! We had a client who needed plans printed on 24" x 36" Mylar by the next day. We discovered then that the printing company we always used locally went out of business. After calling multiple printing companies locally and hitting a dead end, I called Marsid, who got those prints to me overnight by noon the next day. Incredible. Highly recommend this group! They come through!

I have been using The Marisa M&M Group for several years now for all our printing. They are consistently professional, accurate and provide excellent customer service. If I ever need an invoice or tracking they are very responsive and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend using them!

As an author, I have used Marsid to print my custom bookmarks for the past seven years now. The quality is excellent, and the bookmarks become a source of ongoing marketing and a reminder to readers to look for other titles under my name. They provide, quick and accurate turnaround on all projects. The bookmarks look much better in person! My photography skills are lacking.

I can’t stress how strongly I’d recommend this company if you’re in need of any of the services they provide. It all comes down to how fantastic their customer service is, and it is that. The website is easy to use, and they instantly contact you with clear instructions on how to complete your order, and are extremely fast with answering any questions you have and are quick to adjust any changes in your order. Production time AND delivery time is so quick, too!

Marsid M&M went absolutely above and beyond when helping our team! Gio was my POC and was on the ball from the beginning to end. Our job was super time sensitive and they had no problem turning it around, communicating, and even going the extra mile to tell us how the coupons were bundled so we could allocate quick and efficient on our end.
