A bit of a mess. low stock on shampoo, conditioners, and fancy pump soaps. Usually you can’t get out of there without finding at least something. Maybe it’s the season.

I’m honestly shocked at the condition of this particular T.J. Maxx location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this store is in complete disarray. The floors were filthy, merchandise was scattered everywhere—from the front entrance to the back aisles—and not a single section looked maintained. Clothes were piled on the floor, racks were empty or chaotic, and the bathrooms? Absolutely horrendous. It was like they hadn’t been cleaned in days.
To make things worse, the front cashier stations were buried in clothes and clutter. Only three cashiers were working with a line stretching out the door, while the rest of the staff seemed nowhere to be found. It felt like walking into a clearance warehouse after a hurricane—not the T.J. Maxx I’ve come to know.
What happened to this location? It used to be a great place to shop. Now it’s just a mess. Disappointed is an understatement.

I feel so incredibly bad for the people who work at that TJ Maxx and have to deal with Terri. Terri is the assistant manager who walks around with her name tag tucked (probably because she rude to customers). While I was browsing in the Halloween section, I placed a Halloween headband back down in the section. This old woman approached me and abruptly asked me what the item was, when I stated that it was a headband, she snatched it away and said “well that’s not where it goes” And quickly scurried away huffing and puffing. I was absolutely mortified to find out that she was the assistant manager. Frankly, I do not care how old or tired you are, It’s not my job to put merchandise back where it “belongs” and there’s no need to be rude about it. I’ve been going to this TJ Maxx for years and I’ve never had this issue or even seen her around. But if you see an older woman, scurrying around with her name tag tucked in and an elastic band Rolled up on her arm with a key on it, I would avoid her at all costs. Currently looking into how I can report this to higher-ups. But for now, I leave you with this warning to avoid her if you can :)

Let me start off with the older Haiti lady in the fitting room was so so sweet and personal and kind. She told me her name but the name on her tag was bleary.
BUT! David from the stock room was called to the front to be a cashier and he was pissed off the way he busted though the stockroom double doors. When he was walking past WHY did I ask him? But heck he works there right if there was a water fountain he said what no ?! Rolled up his sleeves and rolled his eyes at me and said he don’t got the time I wanted to refill my water bottle it was 100 that day and I had a full cart of $400 worth of items. I walked my happy self to the bathrooms and lo and behold there you go a water fountain in between the bathrooms! ?? I rang out with this amazing order lady with blue eyeliner she even convinced me to get this picture I was putting back she rag up and bagged slow but she was sweet and made sure she scanned everything. David was on the way out of the doors ? and I mentioned Hey I just wanted you to know there is a water fountain by the restrooms David yelled and slammed his hand on the container said Lady I don’t care! I been here all day! And I don’t even work as a chair! I work in the back and I don’t care tell my manager! I thought maybe he was new and did not know just in case someone asked again why did I do that I got his box’s in a bunch! ??? but he was rude and unprofessional! Lady’s ??????????

Store is ok. Staff — very unprofessional. For starters, you have employees loudly voicing their dislike for other employees, possibly even a manager for all customers to hear. Openly complaining that she had to work Saturday, the day before Father’s Day, and a co-worker “better not get in her face”. Mind you, this conversation is going on behind registers while there is an extremely long line being handled by only two other employees. Instead of helping, they left. Thankfully another customer while waiting had the idea to call the store and speak to the manager (WHILE PRESENTLY WAITING on line) requesting he send back up. She said it had been her second call to the store while waiting. Do better TJ Maxx.

This is one of the worst TJ Maxx stores at all. Sometimes all you need for a successful business is a good management and workers that love what they're doing and passionate about it. After getting all we needed, we had to stay online for more than 50 minutes to purchase it!!!!! Only 2 cash registers were functioning and we didn't have no idea what happened to the rest of them. Some employees were busy adjusting/putting away gift cards on sections (which obviously could be done either early in the day or when no customers are lining up for long periods of time to pay for their staff). By the way, this happened on a busy Saturday afternoon!!!!!!!!! Never going back to this store again!!!!!

I went to T. J. Maxx on Saturday. The store was somewhat crowded and th wait time online was ridiculous. Out of 10 register in the front of the store only 2 were open. The lady who checked me out was very apologetic and Exceptionally nice. She was so polite and plesant and she went out of her way to make me feel valued as a customer. Regardless of the time spent in line it was such a pleasure to encounter such a nice person. This is the only reason for the 4 stars.
