I put in a order a for pickup at thus store. I even called the store and spoke with them about my phones being ready. They told me its being processed. I ended driving to the store to only find out that they will not process the order since I did not do the upgrade at the store. They refused to provide any other update. Definitely will not be doing any business with them again.

As soon as I walked in Chris gave a warm welcome. Chris said they will be with me in a minute. Chris than assisted me and Jorge as well they were both very nice. This was my first time in this location and will now be my only one to go to.

Christopher was quite knowledgeable and VERY patient with all the lines we had to transfer to Verizon and helped us with the prior carrier to resolve issues. He was awesome!!

I visited the Verizon store today to pick up a router that I had already purchased online, expecting the process to take less than a minute. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, there was only one other customer there. who just bought a phone. I was told to wait by the associate, which I understood. However, what followed was frustrating. The associate spent 20 minutes small-talking with the customer about ‘traffic in the area’ and semantics about phone cases, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting.
My pick-up should have taken less than a minute, but instead, I had to sit there, wasting my time while the associate prioritized these endless conversations over efficiently serving the next customer. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also a clear disregard for my time.
I hope that the management addresses this issue to ensure that future customers receive prompt and courteous service. My experience was disappointing, and I would hesitate to return to this store in the future.

Our TV remote broke and we weren't sure where to pick one up. We called the Verizon store in Carle Place and were told they had them. He informed me that if I contacted Verizon directly I could probably get one at no cost. I didn't want to wait so I drove to the store and even though there we 3 people ahead of me I was out of there in a relatively short time. I wish I would've gotten the young man's name since he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was by himself and was super helpful

Anik was amazing and he really knows his stuff! When he was having trouble with his computer, he called into the home office and was able to solve the problem we were having quickly and efficiently. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is not because of Anik. It's because he was the only one there! At one point there were literally eight other customers on line behind me! Understaffing makes it difficult for employees to make their customers feel like they are having time spent on them. However, Anik did a fine job.
