I came into this branch to make a mortgage payment on my deceased moms account when the banker assisted me she was helpful to guide me what to do! I forgot her name and sorry I couldn't give her fives stars even though she was willing to assist me! I do give zero stars after the service Manager refused to help me make an appointment and after taking my payment toward my mother mortgage! He loudly and nastily told me to go online to schedule An appointment with the banker another day even though the banker was on the phone at that moment making an appointment for another guest and just hung up! This was @11:55 pm and the branch closes at 12 pm on Saturday! I only wanted to make an appointment with the banker for another day as I was there already! This service manager name is Kevin Rodriguez! He was completely rude,obnoxious, and in my opinion isn't worth keeping employed to sweep the floor never mind managing others and the money he watches over! I again reiterated to him I just wanted to make an appointment for another day with the banker whom was not busy at that moment! He basically refused to give me his card until I refused to leave until I spoke with the manager! That is when he stated he was the Manager! I then asked him if he was the branch Manager and he quickly changed his tune and said no and only after I got nowhere I asked for the branch Managers name so I can speak with him or her it took three tries until he divulged a name! wether it is real or not I will find out when I call the branch first thing Monday morning! After I got his card and a branch managers name this was @ 11:57 pm I then left and as I walked out the door he locks the doors! If you have your money in this branch and he is the manager there I highly recommend you change banks!

I do not write reviews often however the courteous, respectful and excellent service provided by Branch Manager Stephanie Williams deserve shout out. Due to COVID restrictions, most banks are only taking clients via appointments and unaware of that, I walked into the bank today for something important. I was greeted by her and even though I did not have an appointment she mentioned to wait a bit to and assisted. During the process she was diligently working with her staff and making sure all client requests were handled properly. If anyone from the Wells Fargo Corporate office is reading this review, I would like to say Thank you and you should feel proud of individuals like Stephanie who go out of their way to assist clients. I would highly recommend this branch for banking.

While I have only been here to make a quick deposit, I thought it's only right for me to tell you how nice and accommodating the team is here. Every time I run in here, I ask them to copy the check for me before I deposit, with no hesitation they take the check, copy and seconds letter I'm finished, heading out the door. The team here always greets me with a nice hello and a smile. Once I had to wait a minute (yes, one minute.) Three times the young lady apologized to me. My only disappointment with Wells is that there are so few branches and it's not always so easy to get here during normal business ours. Definitely not happy that if you get there at 6:01 they will tell you they're closed rather than accommodate you and take a deposit.

Horrible sat there for ten minutes and when another person came in they immediately sat him down and helped him, after someone said we will be right with you.

Surprised how few atm locations for WF are in Long Island. This is one of the very few of those. The ATM is located inside the bank and there is a sense of security when withdrawing money. It is also located inside a big shopping area.
