New Ownership ripped off my girlfriend by telling her tire would fail at 6/32 and coerced her to buy a tire or he would fail her inspection. An oil change and inspection went from 100$ to 400$ single tire, oil change and inspection. Absolutely predatory. Do not let them bully you, always get a second opinion. DO NOT GO HERE, MANAGEMENT IS NOT LIKE PAST OWNER.

Was driving from CT to PA for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family, and had had some work done on my car before our road trip began. On our drive we started hearing a concerning noise coming from where I had just got work done. Called a couple of places in town, as we were over two hours from home and never been in this area and everyone was busy and couldn't take a look, Owen's was the only place that said they could take a look, even knowing we've never been a customer before. We headed over and one of their guys took a look at what was going on. He assured us we were safe to continue our trip. I couldn't begin to express my gratitude for them taking the time despite being busy to check everything out to make sure we could safely make it to Thanksgiving.

Owner screamed at me over parking in front of an empty bay with no one anywhere around me, no one trying to pull in, not blocking a single thing. Lost a good customer and i will make sure i share my story with everyone who asks 🤷♂️

I’ve used Owen for all my car repairs and servicing since I moved to Carmel in 2016. No complaints only praise! The work is always done quickly and most importantly honestly. On more than one occasion I brought my car there thinking I needed service. After he inspected my vehicle he told me that I didn’t need it and I went on my way! Can’t argue with that!8

Owner SCREAMED at my mother for simply stopping her car to ask where she should park her car that was to be serviced. Guy went absolutely ballistic, cursing, screaming and shaking at my mother
The owner has a record of being disrespectful to everyone, especially women. T&J is down the road, cheaper, faster and certainly more respectful. Don’t give this head case a penny. If you want to see a grown man scream and cry, simply exist in his presence

The dealership quoted me a price of over $12,000 to repair several issues on my vehicle. Owen repaired all of them for less than half the quote I received, and in a timely and professional manner. I have known Owen for many years, and he has always given me honest service at a fair price.

I have been going to Owens for eight years. Yesterday I brought my car in for an oil change when I got home I noticed that some thing was missing off The car . Took my car back and told him . He got nasty, arrogant, yelling, disrespectful. I’m a 47 year old working Mom and the way he talked to me I will never return . He lost a customer.

I am not a doctor but my personal opinion is Owen needs psychiatric help. I was going to buy an older car as a second car and asked Owen to look at it before purchase. After hanging around his shop I asked him if I could leave the car and it's owner while I leave for an appt. He started yelling and telling me he doesn't need my business. I also heard him yelling at two elderly women. I will never go back and take this man's abuse and would advise everyone else to stay away and go elsewhere.
