There were about 20 customers in line when i arrived. They had about 4 pharmacy technicians attending customers and all the customers were attended to in about 5-7 mins.

Been coming here since January- every month they are back ordered on my girlfriend’s medication. Zero help from the pharmacist. More than one time the medication came in late after being back ordered but by the time they called us to come pickup the prescription has expired so they wouldn't give it to her. SEVERAL TIMES she has gone WITHOUT medication because of this pharmacy!! Absolutely ridiculous.

This is now the second time this pharmacy doesn’t have the cream in stock for my baby and doesn’t let me know in a timely manner. Instead of updating the app, even after me calling the “voice messaging system” that no one at this location seems to utilize, it took hours to notify me that the cream was out of stock DESPITE the app saying pickup after 9am. Either the inventory system needs to be properly updated, or someone has to update the patient app in real time. The first time this same issue happened I was waiting all day for my baby’s cream, called the pharmacy to finally get notified they were out of stock. I switched the RX to Fishkill and picked it up within the hour. The issue is not being put of stock, it’s wasting time, and not notifying with ample time to take the next necessary steps. This cream is very important, and it’s unfortunate that the process to alert patients is being met with no urgency nor common courtesy. Will be driving elsewhere from now on to avoid these very avoidable issues. It shouldn’t take over 3 hours to let the patient know they’re out of stock, when the app says otherwise.

Horrible pharmacy customer service experience. Tried to pick up medicine my doctor had sent me. No one gave us a real explanation as to why they couldn’t provide it. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and discourteous.

Have prescriptions going through here and have waited forever for a text or call about my RX and nothing. Try calling and get a voicemail and hopefully someone will call back about the status. Dont understand why its so difficult to answer a phone and leave me with a worthless machine.

Welcomed when I walked into the store. The pharmacy staff were professional and thoughtful. The cashier at the front of the store was very friendly and helpful. Told me one of the items I was purchasing had the second for 1/2 price - a great tip! Thank you!

Pharmacy hours seem fluid. Still not open as of 9:30. Whenever it is open, expect a line as it seems understaffed.

Nobody ever answers the phone at the pharmacy. I have been on hold for several hours without any response. My prescription is never ready when it says it will be, I have to go down to the store to have the prescription filled every single time. Then have to wait 15-20 minutes at the store when it was supposed to already have been filled.

Most CVS pharmacies are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! This one is average. Their drive-through is RARELY open. BUT .... I started going here because the CVS on East Lake Blvd in Mahopac is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! I'll review them on their page. I have A LOT to say about that Mahopac CVS!!!

I am overdue with this survey, Because always my Husband and I going to pickup our medicines and Michael is the Best certified pharmacist EVER he is a so hard worker always taking care of everything, very professional, rapidly response, has the Best Customer Service, Friendly, care, always focus, energetic, he is amazing but, he needs help there, because he has to be every where, \napplying vaccines, attending desk, calling, making authorization and even attending the line who needs an special service and authorization, I don't know how he can do that is like having a SupeR Hero inside, but please CVS you have to care about Michael too, because we don't want to lose him. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MICHAEL FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE. We Love you.

One star based on the pharmacy only! They need to clean house and hire about 6-7 people. Most other locations that I been to have that amount behind the counter. It's cruel to not atleast pick up the phone after 10 minutes but 32! What the fuck! This is by far the WORST location. I was on hold for 32 minutes before I hung up- yes THIRTY TWO MINUTES! I have bad asthma and they are late filling my inhaler and by late I mean 5 days late. For anyone who has severe asthma you know that not having your inhaler is dangerous and can end up in the emergency room. So I'm calling to find out when it will be ready too bad no one answers the phone. I will be trying to contact corporate hopefully I can get some answers there. Doubt it though.

Horrible service from the pharmacy. I have had multiple prescriptions sent to them and the turn over time is ridiculous. They never answer their phone either. You have better luck at rite aid or even shoprite. They send texts that say my prescription is ready but then when I come in to get them they said it's not even ready or that they don't have what I need. They need to get their act together. There's probably a staffing shortage or the work environment is really that bad that they can't keep employees. Don't go here, not worth your time
