Box arrived damaged and a few screw parts had fallen out. Contacted Eastern via email and got an immediate response from Mark who was a professional - confirmed the parts needed, offered if I needed anything else, and shipped them out same day! Thankful for a hassle free experience. Swingset is straightforward and safe quality!

Fantastic customer service. I had ordered two A-Frame swing set brackets and one was missing the fasteners. Mark Honigsberg was so helpful and awesome to work with. He had the fasteners shipped right away and they were at my house within two days.
I would definetely recommend Eastern Jungle Gym to anyone interested in building their own DIY swing set.

Top notch customer service! Amazon shorted me one bracket when I ordered through them. I called EJG. Mike Honigsberg (customer service manager) was very easy to talk to and bypassed Amazon and made it right. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!

I experienced excellent customer service. I purchased brackets through Amazon and encountered a couple issues. I reached out to Eastern Jungle Gym directly and Customer Service Manager, Mark Honigsberg, helped me out in a hurry, shipping out new brackets to my door. Much appreciated.

Big thanks to these guys! I ordered my brackets on Amazon but only one came. Instead of dealing with Amazon, I reached directly out to Eastern Jungle Gym. They were quick to respond and immediately sent out another bracket without hesitation. It came quickly and was perfect. I haven't experienced customer service like this in quite some time. It's really refreshing!
I was going to mix and match other parts but because I received such great service, I am a customer for life! I went ahead and got the rest of what I needed direct on their website to finish the kids swing set. Big thanks to Mark for handling my request quickly and efficiently!

When one part of my order arrived but not the other, I reached out and spoke to Customer Service Manager Mark Honigsberg. He responded within an hour to let me know that my package was reported as damaged in transit. He immediately sent a replacement, which arrived the very next day - in plenty of time for me to assemble my swing set over the weekend! Every organization will encounter problems; it's the quality organizations that respond effectively to make things better.
