We didn't have appointment and stopped by JP Auto Service to address a noise coming from the brake pads. Junior took down out information and within an hour provided an estimate: new front brakes. Hew checked the back brakes and told us they looked fine so no need to replace the. The price was much better than we had heard earlier. Took care of business and didn't suggest we do anything extra.

I called a made an appointment for an oil change, and when i showed up they were ready for me right on time, they got me up and running in no time, the service was perfect as expected, I’ve been a customer of JP’s for a long time and i will continue to be a loyal customer and hopefully one day my kids will bring their cars here

Highly recommend JP Auto Service! I always come for my state inspections, and have had positive experiences. Recently I damaged the side mirror on my car, and was afraid I needed to replace the whole thing... I came into JP Auto and they were luckily able to fix the mirror fairly easily. The price was so reasonable and I am so appreciative that I could avoid all the expense and hassle! Thank you!!

I cant even honestly give this place a one star rating they welded my sons muffler and then he started having a horrifying noise coming from under the car and now they say its his drivetrain rattling well I find it hard to believe that this happened right at the same spot they welded and it has nothing to do with the work they did as they claim. These guys are not honest mechanics and hopefully people will realize this and these guys will be out of business soon. We all work hard for our money and they should work just as hard for their money to make us satisfied.If you dont know whats wrong with a car or you can't admit your mechanics made a mistake hang up your sign and get out of the business.
