Organized and clean, but would like to speak to a person here and there. Everything is done online. Which is convenient but you can't ask questions and/or other information. I perfer to interact with people. But it's a great place.

I was long long time Customer.... When the original owner sold to this new corporation, the rates Increased dramatically. 4 years, in Climate controlled facility, some things were slightly moldy... and i placed a Tarp on the floor.

FIRST OFF I HAVE NEVER USED A STORAGE FACILITY BEFORE. THEY MADE IT SOOO SIMPLE TO GET STARTED. EVERYTHING WAS EASILY AT HAND TO MOVE OUR BELONGINGS, AMPLE SIZED PUSHCART, ELEVATOR, GREAT LIGHTING AND SECURITY. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. MANY THANKS, YOU ARE BLESSED 🙏🏻

Never used a storage facility before and found this in Kent, NY. The managers made it a smooth transition. So very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and exactly what I expected. will be using my space for quite some time. Thank you.
