Where should we begin? Staff rude AF. Service department broke my hub cap and then proceeded to tell me it would be $500 to replace. 3. Don't for the love of god consider buying or selling a car here. They treat you like a pos, you WILL get the lowest offer on your trade in then to top it off you will be harassed daily to purchase a new car.

They not honest when comes to selling used equipment they definitely don't go threw them as far as safety had no brakes they sold it to me with bent rims then they changed one and left the rear tire in position to where I couldn't put air in my inner tire when. I got a flat had to call a tow truck so beware seriously

Having a problem with Michelin tires on a 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited with little over 16,000 miles on and the dealership service manager states that they where not rotated and did not want to help at ALL cause I did not have it serviced there in stead my local mechanics that I know since 1987. So I WILL NEVER ever go back !

Meadowland of Carmel has been the best dealership I've worked with. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to service my vehicle.I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership in another county and every time I went for service, I was told I was out of warranty, so I didn't get the work done.When I brought my vehicle to Meadowland, not only did they complete the same service but covered everything under warranty.It's obvious they care about their customers and do what is right for the customer... not try and do what is in their best interest.Thank you Meadowland! You've earned a new, loyal customer!
