“I went with my aunt to get lab work done at Sunrise lab and was greeted by the lab tech name Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and made my aunt feel at ease as she struggles with fear of needles. The lab was clean, smelled good, and we were in and out with ease. My aunt would now like to make this her primary lab as Lisa made the process less scary and was “great at what she does” per my aunt. Usually this process is time consuming and I accompany my aunt for support and typically have to do a lot of distracting and pep talking to get her through it. I now have a teammate at Sunrise lab!

“All of the praise for Sadiya is true. I went to get blood drawn and was hoping for her the whole time.
I went early, there was no one in the waiting room and I was called maybe 3 minutes later; 7 minutes before my appointment time.
I told Sadiya I wanted to use my hand since my arms have fluid in them. She assured me it wasn’t a problem and eased every worry I had. Professional, courteous and empathetic; everything you want from someone that’s taking your blood.”
