“I went with my aunt to get lab work done at Sunrise lab and was greeted by the lab tech name Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and made my aunt feel at ease as she struggles with fear of needles. The lab was clean, smelled good, and we were in and out with ease. My aunt would now like to make this her primary lab as Lisa made the process less scary and was “great at what she does” per my aunt. Usually this process is time consuming and I accompany my aunt for support and typically have to do a lot of distracting and pep talking to get her through it. I now have a teammate at Sunrise lab!

“The reason this is a four-star review instead of five is because of the self check-in process. It can be difficult for the older generation and makes the experience feel a bit impersonal. That said, the phlebotomist, Sadiya, was an absolute rockstar. She noticed me sitting in the waiting room and realized I hadn’t been able to check in. When I told her the system wouldn’t let me because it was too early, she immediately assisted an older gentleman first, then came over to help me get checked in. I was in and out 10 minutes before my actual appointment time. I’m always impressed by people who truly excel at their jobs, and Sadiya definitely did.”
