We had concerns with air quality in our house as we just had a small baby that had issues with his skin. Brian was very detailed over the phone letting me know what to expect and what he has found in the past. From that call I get some education and gave me a good feeling Brian was the right fit to help me.
Brian arrived on time and didn’t rush at all. Took time to explain everything and gave words of wisdom when I asked about certain things. He completed the test and gave results promptly in a few days. He also gave recommendations on how to fix our problem.
Priced fairly for the service and would recommend him to anyone!

I will always recommend this company if you want efficient and reliable services. I have called them twice, once when I was selling my house and needed to remove mold that another company had incompetently botched, and I would not have been able to close on time. If you suspect you may have mold- Brian is the one to call. His thorough assessment exceeded our expectations. We were at a loss and didn’t know how to proceed- and Brian walked us through our options and kept communication open with us and worked with our contractor and remediation expert. Brian is professional, rigorous, efficient, and goes the extra mile in explaining what he's doing, why he came to a determination, and what the options are for addressing a situation.
