We were towed from Rt 84 by James. He did an excellent job loading and delivering our (large) pickup truck. He was professional, courteous and pleasant the entire time. We would definitely use this company again.

My car needed a tow from one station to another station. So I called my insurance company to arrange it. Brian at 911 towing was great, because they had buried my car behind other vehicles and made it difficult for him to get. He offered to come back. I called the station and told them Brian needed to pick up the car and key. Brian kept me well informed and I could reach him by phone. Although I felt stranded, by the end of the day he had it done and I was happy.

I needed car towed today after a trip to the store ended in a leaking radiator. Brian showed up quickly, got my car on the truck and got me home without a hicup. If I ever need a tow again in the future, I will definitely call up 911 Towing and Recovery.

I experienced a flat tire late afternoon on Saturday. The police put me through to 911 towing! Great experience. Answered my call immediately, happened to be In the area. Came within a few minutes. The mechanic couldn’t have be nicer or more knowledgeable. Thank you for the quick and professional service.
