“Let me just say in the world of pet stores, which we visit regularly for specialty treats and foods. The ladies in this store are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and downright friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for and understand what you’re buying. We are grateful the store is stocked full of great products and great employees.”

“Few retail locations work as hard at helping customers. This store is exceptional and Cathy is the kind of owner/manager who gives everything so customers feel happy about going there again and again.”

166 US-6, Mahopac NY 10541
“Great local pet store! Their prices are always fair and the service always great. The prices on dog toys actually often are cheaper than the bigger pet stores. I do wish that after what feels like decades, that they would fix the automatic opening doors of their store and allow for more seamless entrance and exit from the premises. Aside from that, a happy long time customer.”

“I've been going here for a few years, and it is consistently a nice experience. The staff are so sweet with my dog and they always have the frozen raw food she eats. I regularly see the staff disinfecting the dog washing stations, too. Just a really nice business.”

“Simply the best, from CT.Clean place, the staff are lovely and friendly. I adopted two ferrets, and even without speaking the language, they were incredibly kind. They were concerned with providing good service and answering all our questions; I would definitely return.5 stars is not enough for the quality and service.”
