I entered Rite Aid for a few items and was greeted so nicely by Dee. I was with my 2 year old daughter who absolutely loved Dee’s joyful personality. She helped us find what we were looking for quickly. It’s nice and refreshing to have such wonderful and personable people like Dee working at Rite Aid!

After making my purchase and paying with a credit card, I requested a bag. I was told it would cost a nickel. Didn't have any cash and had to struggle to my car.I am a long time customer and could not believe this. I would have gladly paid but had no cash on me. Congratulations you lost a customer for 5 cents

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. The woman had an attitude with every person in line. They don’t answer any questions about medications, which is their job. Associates on the other hand was very helpful!

The pharmacists and technicians at my local Rite Aid Pharmacy have always gone out of their way to accommodate my requests, and fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. There's SO much more to filling prescriptions than just "sticking a label on a box". The laws, policies, procedures, and computer programs involved are stringent and rigorous--for patients' safety.BUT--Pharmacists have to even double check their computer systems' accuracy on every prescription before dispensing a medication. THERE IS NO PASS FOR ASSUMING THE COMPUTER COULD NEVER BE IN ERROR. But guess what? All of that takes time.There are no "do-overs" if a patient gets hurt!!I do not now, nor have I ever worked for Rite Aid. I have, however, worked in retail pharmacy for five out of my 25 plus years career as a pharmacy technician. They have a VERY tough job. Between that and one third of the customers being egocentric, snowflake, crybabies-I think they do an outstanding job.

I bought some summer accessories the other day and Dee was so helpful and courteous! I have seen her there throughout the years and she is always so attentive and kind to me. Thank you, management, for realizing and retaining quality assistance.

Slower than molasses and the pharmacy staff are really slow in the brain. Takes them forever to slap a sticker on a box. I didn't even have pills to count, literally just a sticker on a box and they took 48 hours to do that. Not bothering with these fools again.

The women who run the pharmacy are spectacular! Not only are they kind and sweet but during the covrd vaccine mess following the storms they made a huge effort to go find additional vaccine doses at other Rite Aid stores, call those of us who had appointments and rescheduled us sooner, rather than cancelling us. They were heroic. I feel they have possibly saved my life!! Wonderful women!

Pharmacy needs to learn to train staff how to deal with customers who are in distress and need immediate assistance to get their meds. First of all the pharmacy does NOT do delivery despite the message on the phone system that says to speak to the pharmacist about their delivery service. I was told could wait 2-4 days for MAIL ORDER from HARTSDALE (because this location doesn't even do the mail service), but that does me no good when I'm in low supply. So I was asked multiple times by that first person who answered the pharmacy phone if I had anyone who could pick it up for me - because clearly my first no didn't matter - she figures asking a few more times might result in a different answer. After calling back again (since I had no other options than to skip doses if they didn't get my supply in time) the pharmacist decided to tell me about the LOCAL PHARMACY that ACTUALLY DELIVERS! But I guess they don't want to give this as a first hand option to people with no other means of getting their prescriptions. They must be that hard pressed for business, but they've lost mine. I will never step foot in that RiteAid again. So if you have COVID, are under quarantine and have no family around to help you get your meds I suggest you check out Lake Carmel Pharmacy who is kind, attentive and ACTUALLY delivers (same day I might add).

This is the knockoff Rite-Aid. There is no reason for there to be two Rite-Aids in a five miles radius. The employees are alright but the environment of the store was sketchy.

Store is always clean & pharmacy the best ever and the main store everybody's so helpful.. it will even send you a text when your prescription is ready keep up the good work guys my neighborhood pharmacy
