“I've shopped at Tops a few times and always had a good experience. This past week the employees went above and beyond for me. I popped in with my stroller. They were having a big sale on soda, but with just the stroller I couldn't take advantage. I asked Gabby if someone could help me. She didn't bat an eye. Jessica met me in the aisle with the cart AND went to my car with me. I was very appreciative.”

“I have been a loyal customer of Diciccos since I moved back to Jefferson Valley NY 5.5 yrs ago, I have sent thousands of $$$ there and am in the store almost everyday, I have become friends with employees and managers but for 5.5 yrs there is one manager who has been very rude to me and that is the bakery manager, I say hello every time I see her and she says nothing back, I have never done anything to this woman to deserve being ignored and disrespected by her, this attitude towards me needs to stop, I know 1 customer doesn't make a difference as far as the store making money but doesn't customer service matter anymore ? I have kept my mouth shut for long enough, I will NOT be disrespected anymore, i did not want to write this review but she has left me with no choice, i was in there today, said hello in front of 3 other customers and a couple employees and she completely ignored me, 1 of the customers that saw this asked what I did to piss her off, this behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be dealt with by the higher ups PLEASE”

“Ok , with out a doubt this store is an absolute treat to go to . The DeCicco Italian grocery store is top notch !! High quality establishment. Everything, The Bakery, Deli , Meat , Produce, Imported Beer section , Sea food , prepared food station,, all out of this world .The people who work there treat you very well . Prices are alittle High but !! It's well worth it . I try to get there from CT once a month.”

“One of the best experience ever. Today 10/28 while I was ready to pay at self-serve , I realized I forgot my wallet in the car. I told the girl who was supervising those check-out machines. She said no worries. When I returned, my whole groceries were already in the paper bags ready to go. She even hanged the sunglasses on the side of the bag, to not get damaged. Why I'm surprised? Because she went above and beyond and she is very young. I am shoping at this store for few years, and this was the first time I saw her. I feel bad for not asking her name. Stop and Shop shold be proud to have such employee. ?”

“A lovely market that’s close to home and almost never crowded. Unfortunately, I often find it hard to do my regular grocery shopping here. The fact of the matter is that big box grocery stores have better discounts. Some of the pricing here is astronomical and without a savings membership, a lot of products are simple inaccessible.The store at times can feel a tad tight and for whatever reason, I always have an issue with the automatic doors—I’m guessing a service should be in order. However, the cashiers are friendly and the hours make it an easier stop on the way home from work.Generally, while not perfect, this is a great community market to supplement your grocery needs.”

“Greenway Market has become a fantastic grocery store that truly serves our community.

The new manager, Victor, has done an outstanding job understanding what local residents want and raising both quality and customer service to a whole new level.

The improvements are amazing — from the expanded hot food bar and fresh new salad bar to the incredible bakery section and the coffee, juice, and shake bar. The custom bowls, burgers, and sandwiches are all excellent and made with real care.

Shout-out to Jimmie and Matt, who always make each visit a pleasure with their great attitude and attention to detail.
