I got my inspection and oil done here. I made an appointment and it was less than a week. The gentleman on the phone and the one I met personally were very courteous and friendly. Everything was done while I waited. 5 stars!

August 17, 2021 I take my Grand cherokee emergently for a stuck rear caliper. I leabe the car at the shop. Couple hours later, I get a call that I need a new left rear caliper and also front brake service. I was asked if I wanted to service my rear brakes as well to which I agreed. Fast forward to today, October 27 2023, the rear caliper that was supposedly replaced for sticking was never replaced but repaired (which is why the same caliper's sticking again) They charged me the full $124.78 and every auto part refunds $40 for returning the core (used part) so they additionally pocketed that refund as well. If a component is repaired and not replaced, be honest with the customer, and tell them. Currently at Brake Shop with a new caliper about to be installed, for real this time. Will be reporting to BBB.Service: Brakes

The service was very good. I called and told Jay the problem I was having with my car and he automatically knew what was wrong with it. I dropped my car off at night and got it back the next day. The price he charged was decent. I recommend you bring your car here if you live in Carmel/Patterson/Kent/Mahopac.

I'm bring my car chrysler concorde in December 2021 by appointment for problems at motor sensor.Tre weeks after no body put hands in my car for check the problem, at this time I'm asking wy may car are parking outside and isn't fix, the say that don't found the problem, but coming back in one week! One week later they call me that the car are ready, when I ask what problem found, they say that have a chance the computer. I what to point aut that, the computer had been chance 10 months before from another mechanic in Florida, so I was surprised, something is wrong, I'm pay $400.00 end I'm going. The day after my car stop running in the street, check engine one, bring one more time the car at the mechanic shop, and after check the problem by computer they say that the problem isn't the computer but something different, and I had to pay extra cost for fixing the new problem! At this point I didn't let him put his hand one more time in my car and I left. I was fix the problem by self, with my testing computer car I found 2 error code, camshaft and crankshaft, after changed that part the car running good, no more problems with a cost of $65.00. But however i see tha the 4 connector connected to the computer car that they fired, were attacked with silicone , the had broken the safety clips! This guy are incompetent, replaced the wrong parts, did allot damaged and don't fixing the problem!
