My experience opening an account at TB Bank in Carmel was exceptional! Cesar, the representative and Nick the manager, who assisted me, were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process seamlessly. I was impressed by Cesar's genuine interest in understanding my needs and recommending the best account options for me. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.The bank itself is clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and welcoming, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend TB Bank in Carmel to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-centric banking experience.

Beware: they will let fraudulent international charges go through on your account and then proceed to not secure the account when you report it to their fraud department. How do you lock and account for fraud but not lock the debit card?

I wanted to open a savings account. I was there at 4:20 pm and inside the bank when one lady working there started locking the doors to the bank. I asked her who could help me with opening the account and she said “oh we aren’t doing any more of those today.” I explained I had already been to another branch who was short staffed with no one who could even open the account and they had recommended to go to Carmel branch. This lady didn’t care and stated “People just keep coming in and we can’t just keep helping them!” I was there a full 40 minutes before closing time and she refused to help me. That is NOT “America’s most convenient bank”. Thoroughly dissatisfied with the Carmel branch and will not forget the poor or nonexistent customer service I received.

By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with they do not work with their customers they're rude you can never get anybody on the phone and their website never works they are by far the worst ever I do not recommend this bank to anyone

TD bank doesn't care about proper Identification anymore. Just show them your debit card and enter the PIN number and you can have access to the account. This is HORRIBLE!! A picture identification SHOULD be used for all withdrawals. I worked at a bank once and I can't tell you how many of the same family members had the debit card and the PIN number for one persons account! This is not safe! Go back to asking for proper identification such as a drivers license or passport!!!!

Be careful when you open up an account here because the representatives love to leave out information and lie to your face. Just opened an account and was told the money would be released immediately and now I'm broke and cant access the rest of the money spoke to a supervisor and He was no help so beware of this bank because they will rob you and lie straight to your face. Also apparently they don't trust their customers because just being told tonight there's a new to account hold and do this for each check you deposit for a month so good luck trying to get your money from these people they'll take from you no problem but giving you your money yeah they're not trying to do that

Why even have this location listed, or a better question, why is it even open? The lobby is never open (not COVID related)..Each time I’ve attempted to visit this branch I find the lobby has a sign “Drive up only…”Today the website lists it is open until 5pm..I arrive to find a sign on the door “Drive up only 3-4”, but when I enter the vestibule at 2:45 there is a second sign, drive up only 1-2 and 3-4..but the lobby doors are locked.This branch has teller that are completely either unwilling or incapable of doing even the most minimal customer service.

They take so long. The slowest bank I’ve ever been to I literally want to switch banks after waiting on their line. It took me an HOUR to have something that should have been done in 5 minutes. 2 DAYS IN A ROW. I hate this place so much.

My one-time experience with this branch was very negative. I dealt with an individual on the phone who identified himself as Nick. I attempted to open accounts for savings and checking. If that went well, I would contemplate additional financial services such as retirement accounts, pensions, 401, 457, mortgage and an active business account. I explained the issue I was having while trying to open the account and Nick's first response was that he could not help me because he has not had other customers complaining, so he is unaware how to address the issue. Although the branch level has no control over possible website issues, a high school intern could have thought to offer opening and funding my accounts at the branch (once it reopens post-COVID) . I guess Nick and the Carmel branch is operating at full capacity and has no need / desire for additional customers. Nick was unprofessional, certainly unpolished, and his simple minded answers displayed his inability or unwillingness to be good at his job. His performance is contrary to the generally positive reviews for other TD Bank branches. I will do my business elsewhere.

Much better than the Jefferson Valley branch. The staff is very accommodating, understanding & professional! It is frustrating that their hours have changed to 9:30-4 as it makes business deposits really challenging. If anything I wish the would just open early and close early. But overall is your picking between the Jefferson Valley Branch & the Carmel one, go with Carmel! They are so much better.

TD is awful but these people are worse than the usual. Id suggest almost any other bank.
