Most horrible bank I've ever been to. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE everything. Tried to make an appointment and no one ever called back. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Carmel location ruins the bank for other locations.

Employees and service at this location get 4 stars-- they're friendly and great! Pushy on sales, but it seems like that's WF in general. They hold our mortgage so we have checking account with them to make the payments easier. Anytime I have to go here to deposit/withdraw or take care of something, everyone is helpful and I usually get in and out quick. One of the tellers ALWAYS acknowledges my daughter which I think is so sweet!
