We just had service and they contacted us to provide arrival time. Carl diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue quickly. Also we added a thermostat that is very handy. In fact today we used it as it was 65 degrees. He and his crew were professional and we will contact Pine Lake in the future.

A little late with my review, but Pine Lake Stoves has great customer service, professional knowledge of the stoves and great servicing! Definitely will keep them on speed dial should I need anything this upcoming winter!
