the lady's and guys that work here at Forest Hill are very nice they always take care of things yards are very clean they treat you very good I've been here 3 years. I like living here and for the one that don't shut your mouth

We have lived here several years. the office staff is kind and helpful. If we had every need any special accommodations orhad concerns they were addressed and handled with professionalism. The maintenance staff is really attentive to the concerns of the resident. ( added bonus we also have great neighbors. )

Maintenance is rude, also I work long hours and constantly get woke up early from construction noises in the neighborhood or them working on the apartment next to us hammering and drilling on the walls right next to us right at 8am and it’s nonstop.
