Staff is helpful. Store is always clean and well organized.

Used the pet wash. It is very convenient and makes bathing pets simple. Plus they supply towels, shampoos and conditioner, combs and brushes, and nail clippers. And there is a hair dryer with an elevated bench to put the dog on.
