I have an order I placed on March 5 2025. I have left 5 messages and 3 emails and get no response. Is this business even open anymore? Is this company a scam?

Hello everyone, DON'T make order to this place. This is not real. The address posted online never exists. i placed some couples' tools last in January. They never shipped the producs. I tried calling these people and sending emails, they never responded.** BE CAREFUL**
