I’ve had a positive experience since switching from sefcu back to KeyBank. This branch isn’t open as late as others but I just plan accordingly. Everyone has been helpful and very nice. ATM has always worked when I go to it unlike other comments I see below.

ATM always broken a completely useless bank branch.. As a client with key bank this is pathetic I have to spend my money at another ATM because yours never works! Your branch Manger must be incompetent to let these matters to continue to happen.

This is the most useless Key Bank branch. It takes eons to get anything done, if you can even manage to get someone to help you. I have left more times than not while waiting and watching 3-4 employees talking instead of assisting with the line in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous.

Slower than molasses here. It's not unusual to only be 3rd in line and be waiting in line for a half hour or more. So inconvenient.Especially because the hours are ridiculous. Only open 9-4 M-Th, aka if you work standard business hours, they open at or after the time you're expected to go to work, and closed before you get out. They're not open Saturdays either. Supposedly they're open until 5 on Friday.A few weeks back I left work early on a Friday to make the bank, as they are supposedly open until 5 on Friday, and they were closed when I pulled up at 4:40.The only thing they have going for them is that the staff is friendly. Everything else is awful.

KeyBank should be investigated I don't know if anybody else has had this problem but I got a new bank card and now every time there's 3 to 4 transactions my card stops working and they asked me if I made these purchases Doing all this without even my permission last month money disappear to magically reappeared in my account without me even knowing because something funny was going on with there online checking

Extremely rude and unhelpful! Deposited a check with my debit card at teller window on december 24th (after a 20 minute wait). They put the check into an account that isn't mine but is a security deposit account from my apartment complex. Why they did not put it into the account that was linked to the debit card I provided them, I will never know. Spoke to a woman named Erica who identified herself as the manager. She said she was working on it and would have the funds in the correct account and was trying to have it expedited. Well today is December 27th and the funds are still not in the correct account I called today and spoke with a woman named Jessica who said she was familiar with the situation and was extremely dismissive. She told me to stop yelling at her when I wasn't even raising my voice and then hung up on me. Not once did anyone apologize to me for their mistake and my inconvenience. Instead everyone was rude, dismissive and very unhelpful .

Worst key bank ever service is always so slow and the employees constantly need to call over a manger or higher up to do anything. I've had a couple experiences where they gave me the wrong bank account number, messed up money by putting Into wrong accounts. They just don't seem enthusiastic or willing to go the extra mile.

Excellent banking relationship. I have been with KeyBank for years for both my business and personal accounts. I find this branch, in particular, to be professional and helpful with my needs. I appreciate that they know who I am when I walk in, and that they return my calls promptly when I have an issue or question. It's old school banking with new tech and service. Kiera, Mitchell, and the whole staff is aces in my book!

I went to this bank yesterday to use the ATM machine. I used my SEFCU card. The ATM machine took my card and wouldn't give it back. The bank was closed, however there was a women in the bank. I hit the window to let her know that the machine took my card. She told me the machine was broke, yet they didn't put a sign on the ATM. She then told me I had to come back tomorrow and get my card. I called 9:00 this morning, KeyBank destroyed my SEFCU card because it wasn't from there bank. Staff is rude and have no idea what they are talking about. Terrible bank!

Used their ATM for $4 fee. After that they would not make change since I did not bank there. They were rude.
