“I have used both the Valatie and Catskill (Jefferson Heights) Labcorp locations for years for routine blood draws. Never a problem. When I used to just walk in I never waited more then 15 min or so and now that I make my appointments online the wait is even less. Staff have always been pleasant and efficient. I have never experienced anything to complain about.”

“I don't understand all the bad reviews. After reading them.Inwas hesitant to go to this location but it's close to home. I arrived at 9:25 the waiting area had a few people in it , I checked in on the tablet, the receptionist informed me that my script was there and they would call me when it was my turn. I'd say maybe 35 minutes later they called my name the woman who took my blood was very pleasant, I didn't even feel when she stuck me and I was on my way.”
