Wanted to be healthier and more active. Planned to join a gym but expected to hate it. No place like Top Form! Real surprise. Having the time of my life! Working with great, professional trainers - personalized programs. Never expected to see the kinds of results i am experiencing and loving every minute. Joined at 70 but never felt stronger. My goals evolved and the progress is visible too. Great people - always a fun time and feeling of safety. Unlike any place I've ever heard about!
