I want to put no stars but it won’t let me!! Absolutely Horrible service! Horrible employee and management today 12/28/23!! Went there today with my nine year old and I’m pretty sure Emanuel was his name and he refused to want to work at all or help me. Right off the bat he seemed unwilling, then when I asked him to do his job- he then said I had an attitude and even called the police for no reason with my 9 year old present making her cry and bawl her eyes out. Completely unacceptable and I got no help! I bought this brand new phone for Christmas and all he had to do was replace the brand new Sim card because the brand new one that came with the phone didn’t work. The rep on the phone told me to bring it to this store and this man acted clueless and plain out refused to call ATT and help me with our brand new phone. The police had to be called and came to resolve it. The manager did nothing. I will not be coming back to this store again. Just horrible, my little girl was traumatized from this.

HiI went to the Catskill store today. I was met by Manny. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He had my phone fixed in literally 2 minutes.Will definitely return to that store.
