Ended up financing my vehicle from B&B Garage back in November 2022. My car was shitting the bed and I needed a new vehicle fast. My credit wasn’t completely up to par; although I never should’ve signed a credit acceptance loan that was a 21% interest rate. Mind you it is 2025 now and credit acceptance is being sued for overcharging families in need. My car was a 2014 Subaru Forester. At first everything went well. The car drove nicely. It was detailed perfectly, etc. my first problem was my stereo. For some reason, the sound continuously sounded glitchy. I was under the impression it was my speakers. Which wasn’t covered under my 70,000 mile warranty. Therefore, I ended up getting my speakers changed twice by Lacy’s. Which costed me $300 each time. Plus labor. The real diagnosis was my stereo. I found that out later after I ended up installing a touchscreen stereo which ran me $814. The second major problem happened in the spring of 2023. It came to my attention that my air conditioner did not work properly. When I purchased the car, it was November. We were rolling into winter. I did not need to use the AC. Thankfully, I had the warranty. Which allowed me to get my air conditioner fixed with me only having to pay my deductible. I was informed by B&B Garage it would’ve ran me about $1200. They stated well it’s a good thing you had your warranty because you only have to pay your $100 deductible. If you just purchased a car and you’ve had it for less than six months. You shouldn’t have to pay anything at all for the vehicle. You should be able to rely and expect that it was completely fine when purchased. I’m giving a two star because my vehicle was able to hold me and my husband down while his vehicle that he purchased from B&B Garage was in the shop for over six months with us having to install a new engine, timing belt & battery in addition to being told that it had the same warranty as my vehicle, but it turned out it only had a two year warranty. A friend of mine came up from LI for a visit & her engine light came on. B & B, with no fee, graciously checked with their hand-held computer to ease her mind on what code came up to see why the engine light was on. Ford in Catskill told her, you had to make an appointment for them to do the reading. We were very grateful for B & B to immediately accommodate us, even though we had no appointment & just stopped in to see if they could help. No charge! Thank you! They also repaired my A/C promptly & it was not nearly as expensive as I had thought for the repair. We will always bring our cars for servicing to B & B Garage.

B&B garage is the best!! Great customer service! Family owned business. They are so willing to work with you to meet your needs. So many vehicles to choose from.
Just a bit from my family ..,, Ok … soooo , Konsul Quad family officially over the conversion vans- tho we loved them & so many fun times. Mid July , Joseph , Chris, Adam were involved in a car accident, driver collided full speed into them in the back as they were turning on Vosenkill to come home. The Lord was with them as they had the van, not tiny red car. The car behind them never put on his brakes till last minute- both his car and our van were totaled!! Boys were ok, other driver bumps, bruises, stiffness. Sooo leads us to this…
Our very good friend, James O’ Connell ( B&B garage) hooked us up with this beautiful 2020 Honda Odyssey. So happy! Aside from James, whole crew at B&B went above and beyond to meet our needs, especially his dad , who if you meet him is a kind, God- loving honest man.

Love this family owned business! They've always been amazing and attentive, never pushy with me like other garages can be. As a single woman, I feel like I have to be careful where I take my vehicle because of the lies and upselling that can sometimes happen. I never feel like I have to put my guard up with them. If they tell me something is wrong, I can feel confident that they're correct and not telling me a story for extra work.
