I work for the owner in his other business where he has a daycare for the elderly people and he also offers home healthcare services. I also rent from him-• MY OPINIONS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PERSONAL LIFE- ITS ALL MY TRUTH AND MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES •I came in for a job from someone who knows the owner Vitaliy- she lived in one of his apartments years ago and was telling me about how great of a person he is and how he has a few gigs and I’d enjoy working for him. So I went and filled an application out for the Home Health Care Aide and I did my interviews and met with the manager Brooke and started not to soon after- one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was going in and filling the application out - Vitaliy and his managers Brooke and Julie are all the best people to work for! They actually acknowledged me not even a month into working for him about how good I’m doing - that meant everything to me, the fact that they pay attention and care about their employees and clients and also customers is a beautiful rare thing.The restaurant is a very homey place. I’m new and my husband is a veteran and he has a hard time being around people and even he loves it. My kids love going to play ping pong while the adults play pool and listen to music. It’s just an amazing atmosphere with people who make you feel like your family. My family lost everything to hurricane Ian in Florida and had to move back and the employees AND THE CUSTOMERS ( I’m telling you once you meet them and they like you and you them it’s a family - they look out for each other!! ) all rallied up to make sure we have what we needed for our apartment.I am a very outspoken, outgoing, blunt, rare individual and I’m very opinionated- I would not lie to anyone about anything- but I PROMISE you that you will love the Bar/Restaurant and everyone inside it.Thank You to everyone for making us feel welcomed! It means so much to us.You guys rock!

We rented a U-Haul trailer from them and had it for 8 days and was charged $500 because they added extra days for no reason! We were charged for 19 days when we only had it for 8!!!! When I called to see what happened and why I was charged that amount I was told that there was no point in arguing because there was nothing they could or would do about it! I will never rent a U-Haul from this place again!Since it will not let me respond to the comment they left I want you to know you contacted me 1 time and I told you it was getting dropped off that same day! My brother spoke to the woman at the front and a man came out to speak to him when he dropped off the rental! And you still charged us for extra days when it was dropped off on the 14th!!!!!

Can not say one bad thing about this place!! Ambience is comforting as well as the fast service! Bartenders are incredibly kind and are very knowledgeable in any drink or food item you may choose. One can play pool and hang with friends & drink at the best prices! If you're in the Catskill-Cairo area, this is the place! :)

This place the bartenders are very realistic and respectful do a good job and the food is so good I love B & B Lounge it makes you feel happy comfortable make new friends new people they help where you can stay wherever you come from you have fun playing pool other games have nice fire outside I wish I can live there lol God bless them the staff workers the bartenders the cooks and B&B Lounge building in general
