“Let's just put it like this. I have been an Albany/Greene resident all of my life until recently when I moved out of state. I still have my checking account with them, and lately have run through a very tight spot. Thanks to their overdraft privileges (I hate using them, but when push comes to shove...) I have been able to make my bills and ends meet without suffering late charges and hits to my credit score. The customer service is very friendly and are a pleasure to do business with and have even helped me forgive a few of the overdraft charges themselves. All in all, I don't plan on closing my account anytime soon, even though I'm out of state now. I recommend this bank to anyone in the Albany/Greene County area.”
