Kelly Latta and Jill Carroll and the customer reps have ALL been Extremely Compassionate and Helpful to my brother and i since i have been banking there this past year.
Their knowledge is vast and their the branch appears to run "like a swiss watch"!

Worst bank I’ve ever used never had this many problems. It takes forever to receive a new card when you open a bank Account you don’t even get a card then it takes like 10 days they’re online Bank always has some kind of issue in trouble signing in. They don’t answer the phone and now I have bills to pay no access to my bank and a card that is 15 days out thank you, Key Bank I’m so disappointed In a very busy world that should be the last thing somebody has to worry about

I switched to key bank from national bank of Coxsackie because my card kept getting frozen for normal transactions. Ever since I switched to KeyBank, it’s been easy. I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.

What a terrible bank that doesnt care about the customers. Constantly hit with fees, our money is literally disappearing from our account. Do yourself a huge favor and go to literally any other bank

This was a relaxed, friendly neighborhood bank branch when it was with First Niagara. The staff actually knew many patrons by name or sight. They were always willing to take time to do a favor for a depositor. No more. The culture of Key Bank is like that of the crocodile--kill or be killed. On two consecutive visits, I have been upbraided, loudly humiliated by a sort-of-teller-jack-of-all-trades and a new-accounts manager because they did not like the identification I had been using at that very bank for more than a decade. When I asked the manager-ogre if I could have a printout of my account history for the previous month, the gorgon snapped at me as if I'd asked for her car keys and her firstborn. I'm getting out--before I need a key to do it.
