There is no option for zero stars unfortunately. I am leaving a review for my sister, because she is not able to. She went to Mavis approximately 2 months ago, to purchase new tires and have them put on. She couldn't afford their price so ended up leaving. Approximately 1/4 mile up the street, my sisters hood flew up and damaged the hood and side panels. My sister and husband went directly back to complain and inquire why the hood was popped anyway, due to them being there for tires. The employees and supervisor were very kind, apologized, offered a discount on tires, and assured my sister the hood and side panels would be taken care of by the company. After that day my sister and I left many messages at the corporate office with no response for weeks. They finally contacted my sister stating they checked the cameras and nobody in the garage popped the hood so they aren't liable. My sister proceeded to send an email asking how the camera can see inside the vehicle to see it'll the hood was popped. Also requesting the footage for court purposes. My sister received a response asking her to get 3 quotes for the damage, submit them, and Mavis will cover the damages. My sister was only able to get 2 quotes and made that clear to corporate. They told her they would get the third quote and be in touch. During all of this my sister went through a tragedy and lost her husband, and my nephews lost their father. I have left COUNTLESS messages at the corporate office explaining to them what my sister is going through. I have told them the vehicle is extremely dangerous to drive not only for my sister, but to have my nephews in. 2 months and not a single call back. Now we have to find a lawyer, go to court, and pray that nothing happens to my sister and her children while driving the vehicle in the meantime. I will NEVER do business with Mavis ever again. It's very clear by this interaction and other situations they are currently going to court for, that this company DOES NOT CARE about anyone's life.
Update: Mavis corporate called my sister and told her that they searched her car on KBB and it's only worth $3,100. So they gave her 2 options. Option #1: They send her the check for $3,100 and she signs the title of the car over to them. Option #2: they send her the check for $3,100 and she signs paperwork that they are not liable for fixing her vehicle. Keep in mind, not only does this company know the car is dangerous for my sister and her children to drive in. But they are also aware she lost her husband and children's father 1 month ago.

Neither of us will be calling you or anyone else in this establishment. It has been more than 2 months of trying to get something accomplished. You are not deeply sorry nor do any of you care about my sisters loss. And let's make another thing clear, there has been ZERO confusion regarding this whole situation. 3 district managers were made aware of how dangerous this situation is for my sister and her children. Yet, in order to get a call back we have to leave no less than 4-5 messages for a district manager. I think it's funny how someone responds to a negative comment on Google less than 24 hours after it's posted. It's pretty clear where your priorities lie. You care so much more about your appearance than you do about the lives of a newly widowed woman and her 2 children.
We will be hiring an attorney now, it seems like our only option at this point. In the meantime I pray that nothing happens to my sister and her children while driving in that car.

Probably the best service I’ve gotten thus far. Ball joint broke over a pothole, causing the axle to rip out at 10pm and had it towed they’re and these guys got on it the next day! Very communicative and trusting. Highly recommended the. Catskill shop!

They fixed a tire on our travel trailer with about 10 minutes notice before we pulled off the highway. Great customer service, super helpful and the whole ordeal cost me less than $10 and 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

These guys made were fantastic. The wheels that I had brought in to install did not fit on my vehicle (my fault, not theirs), and my old tires could not be put back on due to safety reasons, and I needed new tires urgently. These guys went above and beyond to give me the best deal possible to buy the correct tires on the spot (thank you, Karl!). Really appreciate them and will definitely recommend!

Good thing about them is it's open on Sundays. They are expensive, but if your car needs immediate service, they get the job done and are thorough.

The staff at the Catskill Mavis was exceptional. I had a problem with my car but went in to get a tire rotation. Little did I know they don’t just do tires there. The manager Carl himself dove right in and fixed the problem. He not only explained what the problem was but he told me about the many other services his crew provides. I will definitely go back to take advantage of their many services for my car and of course the friendly and family like atmosphere.
