Nick, my sales rep at Lacy really came through for me. .. helped me get my Maverick even though many folks were not getting theirs due to supply chain issues. He also took his time making sure that I understood my options on financing and got me set up with the truck. . . really great experience!

I originally went to Mavis to have a headlight changed in my Subaru. After being there an hour, and watching the technician look like he was taking a math test, he couldn’t figure out how to get the passenger side bulb out. I took the vehicle to Lacy and they took ten minutes to replace the bulb at a great price. Thanks Lacy service!

Starting off on the wrong foot is an understatement. From the sale to service I would avoid this dealership at all costs. If you want to feel dismissed, unheard and don't mind being hung up on, then this is your place. After being told that the abnormal idle and glitchy radio were normal for Subaru, I avoided going back. Fast forward 2 years later, and now I'm told I need to have my warranty issues addressed here. First, they lost my appointment and information.....okay. While on my way out the door for work, I asked Eric to try to find my appointment information as I didn't have time to list all of the issues with my car, which include the items above, as well as, glitchy windows and sticking brakes, pissing oil (all the "normal" Subaru stuff). While I was in the middle of telling Eric, I would call back if they couldn't find the information, he told me to pick up my car and hung up. I am now at their mercy while they "try" to see if they can find the problem. Not super-reassuring. At no point did anyone think to apologize for what I was dealing with and offer any real explanation as to what's going on with my car. To be clear, I am not super-warm and fuzzy when dealing with the staff here but I am not disrespectful nor do I personally attack them. I am a disgruntled customer who is being forced to deal with the same people who had no regard for my concerns out of the gate. This, my first ever review, will probably not help me get my car fixed but at least it's out there. On a lighter note, I refer to my 2021 Impreza as my Lacy-lemon, and it has certainly left me with a sour taste for this business.Update: Very happy that my concerns were finally validated. I received a call letting me know that in fact, my faulty radio, windows, brakes and oil leak are all real!!!! The oil leak and radio, of course have been an issue since day one. Great news for me? Not so much, the pricy extended bumper to bumper warranty I was sold will only cover the oil leak. So, my 2 year old car needs a couple thousand dollars in repairs. I am working with Subaru and the warranty company while I await a conversation with an owner. In the meantime, I was all but assured that it is what is.If Lacy can make things right (as they should), I will be more than happy to update this thread. In the meantime, I'll be ordering Lacy-lemon bumper stickers if anyone's interested???

This was the worst service I have ever gotten at RC Lacy. It started with trying to make an appointment online, but their website kept looping back not allowing an appointment. I don't live right around the corner, so I called to make an appointment. I was told that I could just bring my vehicle in, and the quick lane will get me out quick. When I arrived, I was told that there was a four to four and a half wait. I had no choice, I needed the service completed. It sure took that much time. I was told that there was only one person doing servicing. I was made aware of a couple of repairs needed soon and was given the prices for them. I declined, not because of the prices, but because of the piss poor service. I was told when I purchased my vehicle, that if I took it to another Ford dealership for service, my warranty will be voided. I'm going to take that chance. I'll take my vehicle to Romeo from now on.

I love Lacy Subaru and Ford. I have both makes and the employees here are amazing. My dog is welcome to visit during my service visits and he is treated with as much respect as every customer. I will return here for service, parts, and sales for the next years to come. Awesome customer service.

I'm here to talk about the horrible service department. They are never on the same page. I called Tuesday to make an appointment to get the oil changed and tires balanced and rotated. The lady told me I didn't need an appointment to just come in during the service hours and they would get me in. I show up the next morning and they walk out and ask what I need I told them. The lady said okay we are 3 hours out but can get it done today. I had my mother in law drive all the way to the dealership to pick me up. a guy came over prepared to take my keys and ask again what I needed so I told him. He said oh we only do the oil changed in the express lane so we can't do the rotate and balance. At this point I'm pissed and my mother in law drove all the way to get me for nothing. The guy said let me talk to my supervisor I said okay. He came back and said we can do it but it would take another 1 or 2 just for the balance and such so literally 5+ hours to get my oil changed and tires balanced and rotate. I left upset and very disappointed. I called Kingston Ford and they got me an appointment right away for the following day to get everything done within a hour.

It was a good visit, not many answers to the weird things my car does, other than that they are glitches that they seem to correct themselves. Plus there is a recall that is still unresolved. I dropped my car off on a Friday and picked up Saturday morning. They did the oil change, system check, cleared the errors, and checked everything else on the 10,000 mile check. I love Lacy's but I am not happy with Ford, a 2022 car should not have glitches and recalls need resolutions.

Recently bought a car from Dylan Lacy. 10/10 experience. He was fantastic! So helpful, personable, and extremely accommodating. I’ll be recommending Dylan to everyone I know that is in the market for a car. I will buy all of my cars from Dylan in the future without a doubt!

Everyone there is very friendly and courteous. I had to have some work done on my car a few months back. They loaned me a car and helped me put my child seat in the rental, then back in my car. Helped me out so much!

I unfortunately purchased/leased a car from Subaru catskill, in 2021.Car fine, deal fine. Went in to try to get out of my lease with some false information on my side because I didn't know better than to believe carvana because for 1 , I'm not a car dealer(in fact I'm an adult with high functioning autism, so I make A-LOT of mistakes).The dealer I met with , JC Berzal, took advantage of my situation,he was upset with me coming in ignorant...I only came in with questions though. My husband was laid off for the summer school bus run, I was supporting my family of 4 and animals, I needed some help and he(berzal) saw the suffering.this was in June 2023, Mr. berzal informed me "No worries! its right in front of me, you are paid up until August!) this unfortunately was NOT true.FORTUNATELY I have savings and saved myself after getting a late notice after believing the dealer and missing my July payment. This dealer saw someone in suffrage, hurting and yeah maybe a little dumb and they took advantage, I don't know why, maybe so it was harder to purchase or get rid of the lease but it was inhumane and I would not work with this dealer again . I hope to find another dealership altogether . this is their job so I'm over it but protective of my community.

Excellent business.. Sales staff know the product well and work with customer to find the best fit. They are attentive and considerate. Service staff are pleasant to work with and quick. Environment is bright and clean.

When I went to Lacy’s car dealership I was there to test drive a Forrester. Wen I got back Juan asked me if I liked the car. I felt that the Forrester was too big and felt uncomfortable. Then I looked over and saw the Crosstrek. I asked if I could sit in it and he told me to test drive that car. I felt very comfortable. When I decided that I would buy the car Juan sat in the car with me and went over all the details. Then he gave me the getting started book which I keep handed to check things out. I love my Crosstrek. Everyone I countered was very helpful.

This was the easiest car deal I've ever had! Billy was Great! He grabbed the keys to the Transit Connect and we were on a test drive in minutes. When we returned he checked out my trade in, grabbed the appraiser and we had a price in a minute. Made an appointment to pick up the Transit and the whole deal took less than an hour.
