I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR SAWYER CHEVROLET AND FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE THERE. I HAVE HAD MY CHEVY TRAX FOR ONE YEAR AND LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. I RECENTLY HAD TO HAVE SOME WORK DONE TO CORRECT A PROBLEM AND THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED RIGHT AWAY. I WOULD GIVE EVERYONE AN A+ FOR HOW FAST THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED. SAWYER CARES ABOUT PEOPLE AFTER THE SALE OF A CAR AND i KNOW I CAN ALWAYS RELY ON THEM.

For many, many years my husband and I have owned Chevy vehicles. So, since our Silverado is now 12 years old, we decided that we should get another car just in case something happens to the truck. We went to Sawyer Chevy down in Catskill, NY and walked around looking at the different types of SUV's and we decided that the Equinox would be the right size second vehicle for us. So, we went inside and spoke to Mark Brandow and Barry Lang and they both helped us with financing information, servicing for a new vehicle, and a whole lot of other information. Then we decided on a color, and we took the vehicle for a test drive. We loved it! We went back inside and finalized the paperwork and made arrangements to pick up the new car the next day. The next day, all the final paperwork was done, downpayment made, all insurance, registration with the state, etc. was all finalized and we got in and drove it home. The staff at Sawyer Chevrolet is excellent at what they do, and they can answer any questions we might have. We definitely recommend Sawyer Chevrolet.

i was broke down on the road and my car was towed to sawyer chevy. Mike took care of my car and he find an issue whit my coolant system, a failled thermostat, my car was fixed the next week and i brought my buick to Canada whit no other issue

I've had good experiences with the parts department, but the service department I'm not happy with. I kinda felt disrespected when I had my 2019 Chevy Impala serviced there. I had spent $1,450 out of pocket for a repair that wasn't addressed properly. And I'm still experiencing a problem with the car. I'd highly recommend Thorpe's GMC over Sawyer Chevy. I've always had great service from Thorpes with regards to several new vehicle purchases, service and also dealings with the parts department. It's unfortunate that I had the bad experience with Sawyer. I certainly expected better. Lesson learned.

Mike was super helpful. He broke down the problems in an easy to understand manner along with how much everything would cost before I gave the ok for them to do the work needed on my car. Got it back a week later compared to the last place I got work done at, it took them a whole month. So yeah. It's nice not having to wait that long to get my car back.
