One of the only car washes that takes card in the self service

I GOT STUCK INSIDE THIS CAR WASH TODAY. I would give this 0 stars if I could, and wouldn't have written this review had the company made any effort to respond to or remedy what happened this morning, but it did not. I've used this car wash several times in the past, and today purchased the automatic drive-through premium soft touch car wash. I entered the car wash bay, the doors closed, and after briefly starting, the car wash completely shut down with me in my car trapped inside the closed doors. After waiting for several minutes, I honked the horn hoping to get someone's attention, but there was no Scrub Co employee onsite. I called the phone number on my receipt and on the website, and only got voicemail. (I left a voicemail explaining that I was stuck in the car wash and it had stopped functioning, and left my phone number -- they never returned my call. I also contacted the company through their online submission form, and never received a response.) After about 10 or 15 minutes of being stuck inside the nonfunctioning carwash, I ended up calling the Ace Hardware store next door and thankfully an Ace employee came and figured out how to open the door from the outside so I could at least drive out. He too tried to reach Scrub Co and didn't get any response. At minimum I expected a response and refund from Scrub Co, but as noted, have received neither. This is a 24-hour car wash -- I can't imagine what would have happened had I gotten stuck in there when Ace was closed. Outrageous.

My mom forgot her watch there last night in the dog wash station so this morning I went there and the manager had it in his office my mom was so happy and the manager was so nice. I glad we still have some honest people left in this world.

I went there today, March 21 of 2005I went into automotic car wash, and that thing hit bought mirrors on my truck. I told the owner of however, who guy was working on there. Then somebody call me, and they say that the machine ever hits my truck when I see that with my eyes. In have a toyota tundra 2024 trd pro they say they look on the camera videos and That thing never hit my truck. But I see that with my eyes so I'm so unhappy with that place and I always there I spend so much money with them. Every time I go there, I spend $30 a list because I do nice wash in my trucks and my guys, I have a business, so all my guy's going in there. At all the time not too happy with them at this moment. I'm probably gonna look for a different place to wash my truck.

The vacuums’ card readers were not working, and there is nowhere on site to change other coins for quarters (it’s 2025 why does a machine only take one type of coin and no cards?). Ownership: you should not be putting your employees in a situation where customers are asking them multiple times daily to break change outta their own pockets. There ought to be a register on site with quarters so a customer with only a card, dimes and nickels isn’t SOL after using up all 10 quarters in his car.

Not a good car wash at all. The car was left with streaks of not rinsed soap, spots, and parts unwashed.

Easy to use, clean water and facility grounds and rarely busy. I use this place regularly and have not had any issues to complain about.
