Was in the store for like 10 minutes ( I was the only customer in the store) before my presence was even acknowledged. I was looking to buy a pair of boots and a pair of hikers, planning to spend $2200-$250. Nothing in my size but was told they could order them online or check their Hudson store. If I wanted to take a chance and order online I wouldn't go to the store. If you don't have them in my size how do I know they'll fit properly ! Customer service is horrible in this store!!!! I left and bought NOTHING I'll take my business to a store that wants it

6/12/22 left me waiting up front for like 10 minutes while the 2 staff wandered Around the store. Only came after the second guy in line went to get them. Then they took him even though I explained I had been waiting well before. The woman ignored me and continued checking out the other person like I saidnothing

Not one person wearing a mask that works at this place and they are completely miserable people. If you are miserable go work somewhere that doesn’t involve customers.

Yes, they've got shoes. Hurray, a shoe store in Catskill. When we went in for a purchase the afternoon of 2/25, we were given an almost inaudible greeting from a stone-faced gentleman at the desk. After picking out our purchase, the same gentleman began ringing us out, and partway through the transaction, asked an associate to take over. She looked and acted like an average gravedigger, like she wanted no part in helping us. No interaction except telling us the price. No thank you or eye contact. I get that everyone has a bad day, but this was actually a tedious, unpleasant experience, and if you want people to "Buy In Greene," every business has to play its part in making people feel welcome into the area's marketplace.
