I know that whether I call or go into the branch Mackenzie Krom and Berkeley Young do everything in their power and go above and beyond to make sure every request is completed to the fullest extent! It’s refreshing go into an establishment where everyone is professional and pleasant!

I had such a positive experience at Trustco in Catskill. and I want to give special recognition to Vinnie. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. Vinnie was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process so much easier for me.

The Catskill branch makes banking easy!! Mackenzie took care of everything and made the entire process stress-free! You can tell she really loves her customers. Mackenzie and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and courteous! 5 stars without question!

As a long time and happy customer of Trustco Bank-Catskill branch, I must share with gratitude the exemplary job that all their employees have shown over the years.
Trustco is a bank that treats all customers with friendliness and respect, to the point of feeling like family the minute you walk in the door.
They have seen me through good financial times, bad financial times and scary times where I just did not know what to do. This brings to mind a recent fraud situation that Frank at Trustco assisted me with, with care and determination.
I was scammed on my account by a scammer (fake subscription). They stole hundreds of dollars from me over a year’s time. Frank went into high gear immediately. Looked into the fake company name and explained to me what needed to be done to possibly get my money returned to me. I not only got every dime back with Franks advice but I was able to report them to the appropriate agencies so they could possibly be stopped at their scam.
Thank you so much Frank for your true concern and remedy to my fraud situation. You went over and above your job duties and I can’t be more grateful.
If you want a bank that cares more than your average bank and always goes over and above their call of duty Trustco Bank in Catskill is the bank for you!
