We also stopped into Simmons Rockwell on Chambers Rd and the difference in customer service was astounding. We immediately returned to Ferrario. Everyone was very friendly, they were kind to our children, and celebrated our new purchase with us! I highly recommend Dom and the whole team!”

“Lattimer's Garage is actually Andy's Garage. Don't judge a shop by how it looks. If Andy doesn't have the experience or tools to fix something, he knows someone who will help. He put our car on his lift so he and my husband could have a look at the problem. We went on our way with our car and, while we waited for the part to arrive, Andy found someone to help us. He took us there the next day. Steve fixed the problem and we continued on our trip with a safer car. Thank you Andy and Steve!”

“We've taken our vehicles to John, Jack, and the rest of the crew for over 20 years. They've made exceptions to let me pull parts from scrap cars on Saturday mornings and given me good prices on the parts, even let me keep a broken down car there for far too long. Any issues we ever had were worked out and we're thankful to have good mechanics in our corner. They were able to rehab an old Volvo 240 brake piece for us that was nearly impossible to find a replacement for. Great people, thanks for everything guys!”
“The mobile mechanic went above and beyond his knowledge and not to mention... these mobile mechanic businesses or any mobile business for that matter, are really stepping it up... this guy went into an unknown situation blindfolded not knowing what he was facing, truck needed a starter replacement, you think, starter, ehhhh no problem right? Of course not.but in the middle of the woods broke down on a logging trail.... no lift no jack just tools and in his back... kudos to the mechanic!!!! Yes I took care of him... paid the cost, and 60$ cash tip! Thanks again! Will definitely use them again.”
“Reviewing for my mom. Took her car over for brakes, needed a complete rear brake job. Rotors. Calipers, pads and seals. Thinking it take a couple of days but it was all done in 4 hours. Took it right in, explained everything and completed that fast. Their service was impeccable and made me a believer to take my car there as well. She was so ecstatic with everything.”

“I had called the For an appointment and they scheduled me for the following day, when I showed up at the appropriate time the next day I was told they were busy. So they scheduled me for the day after, so two days after my Initial phone call I showed up. Immediately they had a plan of what they were going to do so I could get my inspection and they handled it very smoothly. I believe his name was Chez, or Chev (Sorry if I’m wrong) Took care of me very well was able to assess what had my engine light on and solve the problem within the day. I Have been there before, and Bobby treated me with respect, he attached one of my side mirrors that had came off from a recent accident with no pay and within minutes. At that point, I knew I wanted to keep coming back to these gentlemen. They are quick to fix many problems, and are very respectful. They will continue to get Business from me that is for sure. “He did great work at a great price. While some places are charging over $100 per hour, his posted rate is $85. The guy is honest as the day is long. Also, he's a really nice guy too. I asked him why he works the hours that he does and he said that his wife works second shift and he gets to spend more time with her if he works the same hours. That alone tells me that he's good guy who loves his wife. I highly recommend this guy. I've been to him more than once. I wanted to see if my initial experience was the norm or not. Every experience was the same. He was courteous, professional and quick. He will definitely get all of my business. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.”

Wolf’s would not give up until they fixed the problem! Not only that, they only charged her for the parts and 2 hours labor when they spent at least 40 hours working on it. “Kyle Shelato was an impossible customer to please. He is currently still driving his vehicle, with the Transmission we installed! As you can see he was quick to make several assumptions. The fact of the matter is, he dropped his vehicle off "in no hurry to get it back." $400 was taken off his total bill, due to the fact that there were issues beyond our control getting his Remanufactured Transmission in the time we had promised. After receiving his vehicle he chose to take it to the dealer, rather than contacting us regarding a leak, that turned out to be caused from a leaking transfer case seal. Even though the cause of the leak had nothing to do with us, or our work, we still paid half of the cost he acquired by taking it to the dealer. We also mailed his warranty information to him as promised. We are a small family owned and operated business established in 1993, and we take great pride in our work. We are more than willing to go above and beyond to help our customers in their time of need. As you can see though, some customers aren't pleased no matter what you do.”
