“Wonderful business model. I brought my parents car in to clean it a they came out and walked me through everything. And vacuums free with the wash? So beneficial!”
“After trying this car-wash and having a slight problem with the wash, I contacted the owner using the number given on-site. A response was immediate. I discovered that the current owner took over recently. He has made a lot of improvements and is serious about customer service and making sure his customers are happy. An A+ rating can be given to any company when things go smoothly. It's when there is a problem or question to respond to that the real A+ businesses can really shine. This owner went out of his way to respond to me, he answered all my questions, and he set up an appointment on-site to meet with me to ensure that the issue was corrected and I was happy with the outcome. I recommend you try this car-wash, especially if you stopped coming due to issues in the past. It's been totally upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment and an owner who seems to rally care about his customers. A+ Manlius Car Wash!”

“I've been bringing my car since they opened. Never once had a problem. Today the line was long but the service was great. Worker came out to hand everyone in line a piece of candy and a thank you. Way to make customers feel appreciated!! Noticed they added new features to the self clean.”
