“Dollar General hits a nice middle ground in retail....a little bit of nearly anything you could want. Reminds me of the old Woolworth's 5-and-10. When the pandemic started last year, DG was the one place I could always find milk, bread and butter. And Ragu was always $1.50. It recently went up to $1.75 but still cheaper than nearly any other food store.”
