It is too bad I could only give them a 5 star rating, they deserve a 10 star rating. They bent over backwards to help me with a long distance auto repair for a family member visiting the area. Icing on the cake was the very reasonable price for the work. Thanks guys, you crushed it!

Excellent, reliable services for all of your auto needs. Quality Auto Care is a small business that you can trust to always have your best interest in mind for maintenance or repairs with your car. I have used them for routine services like oil changes, inspections, snow tires, and also to fix more major issues I had with my motor. They've completed everything with ease and at fair prices, never adding in extra things you don't need. Highly recommend them to all that I know, an extremely ethical and hardworking crew always!!!

Very Disappointed. I'm new to the area, looking for good repair shop. Their reviews at 4.6 looked quite reassuring. Their sign outside the shop basically said unscheduled work is low priority. Fair enough, I scheduled an appointment on my day off from work 2+ (2/13/24) weeks ahead of time for 2/28/24. I dropped the car off on 2/27/24. On the 28th I expected a call at sometime during the day. Nothing! I had to call and ask for a status of my vehicle at 4 pm, after a long pause the person on the phone said my vehicle was next to go on the "rack" and that he would call me back. No call back, nothing. I picked up the keys to my vehicle the following morning. If I brought my car in at the last minute I could understand some type of delay. But scheduling it 2+ weeks ahead and being put on a "pay no mind list" is unacceptable. Ignoring customers in this way is not a good "business model".

As a longtime Cazenovia resident, I recently found myself in a small car accident and needed a reliable auto care service to address the damages. After some consideration, I decided to choose Quality Auto Care, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided.
Upon reaching out to Quality Auto Care, I was met with a team that was not only friendly but also extremely professional and prompt in their response. They not only took care of the necessary mechanical repairs efficiently but Ryan also went the extra mile to coordinate with the insurance adjuster to expedite the process.
Thanks to their efforts, I was able to get my car back before the following weekend, which was a huge relief for me. I highly recommend Quality Auto Care to anyone in Cazenovia or beyond who is seeking an honest and trustworthy place for their vehicle repairs. Their dedication to customer service and quality work truly sets them apart.

The shop is professional and punctual! I had a reoccurring tire issue that they fixed and helped me assess price options. It was fixed within that day.
