I would give them a zero if I could. I had ankle surgery and am immobile, and dependent upon others to help me. I’m in terrible pain and the doctor sent a prescription over to this Walgreens for pain relief. I called them at 5 PM to pay for the script over the phone and told them that someone would be picking it up for me later. Their hours were supposed to be until 7 PM. My nephew got there at 6:05 and they were closed. A sign was up saying closed due to short staffing. They didn’t know this one hour earlier?? Please. This is not the first time having trouble with them. They are terrible.

Terrible service filling a prescription for covid. Waited three hours for the script to be filled. I was told I would get a text message when ready which I could use to request curb-side pickup. Didn't get the text. Arrived at the location at 1:20 and navigated the awful phone maze for 9 minutes to request curbside pickup and at 1:29 was told that the pharmacy was closed for 30 minutes for a meal break.

Amazing experience with the pharmacy! They didn’t have an antibiotic for my kiddo so they called Kinney’s before I arrived to see if they had it and they did! So Walgreens faxed Kinney’s the script. Amazing customer experience- they put my kiddo before a dollar! Very thankful.

This is the third time I have shown up before 1:25 and they’re shutting the pharmacy window for lunch. Don’t even bother with this pharmacy. They’re closed on Sundays, close early for lunch and rarely have stock of my full prescriptions. They’ve lied about prescriptions not being in stock only to have a different tech tell me the following day that they were never out to begin with. Don’t waste your time here.

Terrible service. Had to call 3x for an Rx refill. Pharmacist behaved liked I was putting her out by asking to check on my Rx (which she said was not there, but found it after I asked her to look again.) I asked when it would be ready or how I would be notified (since the system changed after they bought Rite Aid), then bizzarely accused me of "attacking" her when I asked to speak to someone who could help answer my questions (she hadn't yet ID'd herself until just then as the pharmacist.) Very disturbing.
