Love this Store! I always go to buy a few things and wind up walking out with my arms full of the best clothing! The a list team is super helpful and know what they’re doing. The owner has a great eye for fashion and is the best at styling. Highly recommended !! Go now!

Really nice experience!i ordered a skirt and it didnt fit right so i sent it back to exchange for another one and the owner went so far as to send me a pic of the skirt i wanted before shipping it out!highly reccomend!!!

It is an incredible place, the people are nice, the prices of the clothes for the quality of the clothes are very good, everyone takes care of you, Alice is very kind, I give this place a 100, they helped me with my clothes and my daughter's and my mom loves to shop there…!! I love it its so cool everything and they are really funny…!!! Thank you guys so much

Nasty obnoxious arrogant with s sense of entitlement. My wife is too nice to give this report however if someone belittled my wife I have noIssue saying so. She was told that they don’t have time. Be prepared to be humiliated if you choose to go . This is my turn to reciprocate

I returned a item and was told they can only give store credit. And they wrote it in a book that I have credit. Now I went back to the store and they claim they don’t have a record of the return. That’s a nice way to steal people’s money. Disgusting

I ordered online and the size was wrong. I drove from Brooklyn to cedarhurst to return it they wouldn’t credit me back but they said they will write it down in there book for a store credit. Now when I returned to use the store credit I was told they have no record of this credit. Basically they robbed my money. What a discussing way to steal money from customers. Shame on them !

I ordered stuff online and the size was wrong so I drove to the store to return it i was told they can only give me a store credit. If I could give it less stars I would. I would NEVER EVER shop at a store that has a manager that BEATS DOGS TO DEATH. Just sick. She should be fired. If they can do that to dogs, who's to say they wouldn't do the same to children. I'm disgusted. I hope your manager Jessica is FIRED.

How do you allow an animal murderer to work with children? This pig had no problem breaking the bones of a puppy, cracking his ribs and splitting his liver in half. This dog had internal injuries due to blunt force trauma, this WHALE of a woman probably kicked that poor dog and did nothing while her pig husband did the same. And she is working with children?

Possibly the worst retail experience I've ever had combined with the rudest customer service. Placed an order from their website. Three days later I received a shipping confirmation. The package never arrived. I emailed the company. No response. My doormen searched the package room for an hour. Nothing. Called on a Sunday and they told me they were too busy and would call me back on Monday. Never heard back. Called them back. Their response is that their website is a "courtesy" to people on the web but that they do most of their business in the store and aren't really interested in servicing the website. Esther said that they didn't have any of the items in stock and that Yahoo must have generated a shipping label and confirmation on their own. I asked why she didn't bother to let us know things were out of stock. Her response was that they're not really interested in giving customer service to web orders. I asked to speak with the owner (whose I could hear in the background) to see how they planned on rectifying this. Esther relayed her version of events to the owner who said that they were not interested in rectifying anything. Avoid this store.
