Every experience at this location and with this bank in general has been miserable. There is very vile clerk who works the front, always has a bad attitude and made jabs about my finances. Worst bank ever, take your money elsewhere to people who value their customers and their time. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 2 business days for a CASH deposit to post. Apple bank expects customers to put their lives on hold for their extensive processing time with everything.

I’ve been a customer of Apple Bank (Cedarhurst location) for 20 some years. There is no better service from a bank. The staff is very warm, professional and efficient. They know their customers by name and are always make you feel welcome. The entire staff is amazing but Priya Gurcharan and Mrs. Padmore are exceptional employees. They go above and beyond for their customers and are always willing to help. They are also very knowledgeable about their job and provide great service.

I visited the Apple Bank on Cedarhurst Avenue today for the very first time and left with a smile. Firstly, as I entered, I received the most welcoming smile and greeting from Priya Gurcharan (Supervisor). In addition, the team - Teller, Manager and Supervisor - displayed such professionalism, determination and attention in doing their jobs to give service to me when the Branch experienced a technical problem. It was such a delight to experience ingredients lacking in today's service industries being found in the Apple Bank on Cedarhurst Avenue.Great Service Cedarhurst team! Keep up the good work!

I am an extremely satisfied client at the Cedarhurst Branch of Apple Bank. Their personnel are very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Whether I am there for routine banking, CDs, advice, or complicated wire transfers, Branch Manager Beatrice Deevy and Business Development Officer Michael Lukin, are always ready, willing, and able to help.
I commend recommend this branch very, very highly!

Whenever I come to the Cedarhurst branch of Apple Bank, I’m greeted warmly and made to feel like an important celebrity.If you’re looking for a wonderful neighborhood bank that will handle your banking needs quickly and cheerfully, I highly recommend Beatrice, Michael, and their team!

Could not open a bank account even if my life depended on it. I went twice first time they said it was about 3:30 and it would not be enough time I said ok I came back 2 days later I was told the manager was small off and would not be back until Monday.
I was their with my wife and daughters who wear islamic garb and scarfs. I asked the lady bluntly is it because we're Muslims? She said no but the bank was a privately owned Bank and they needed approval to open Business accounts.
I walked across the street to Tdbank opened 2 business accounts and got a free pen and a Lolipop for the granddaughter
