I was such a loyal customer I started going to Wendy’s salon since they first opened until a month ago, when I was having my pedicure this lady (an employee of the salon) started to look at my legs in a very funny way, mind you my legs were not shaved Bc I was eating for the weekend to shave them, she clearly was looking at my legs and whispering to her friend another employee. When I went and told Wendy of how uncomfortable I felt and that I knew they were talking about me by the way they were acting she simply said that she didn’t think that was true Bc her employee was a good girl. Honestly that was really humiliating to me, no matter what the customer is always right, second you need to teach your employees to speak English in front of your customer so they don’t feel you’re talking about them. After going there for 5 years I found a good place where I feel appreciate it.Services: Dip powder

Terrible service, Kim and Wendy the managers treated my wife like she was nobody. She always came here and always gave a $20 tip on top of her her gel manicure of $35. You don’t treat your best clients with disrespect, you don’t tell them you don’t need them. You don’t treat any client that way regardless of the service they request, my wife has the right to ask for whoever she feels comfortable with for any service. Last time we ever step foot in this place. Disgusting.

Ok so here is the deal. This is a sad story of the rise and fall of a nail empire. I've been coming here for three years and I witnessed the owner Wendy, build a clientele that she simply can't service appropriately anymore. She moved heaven and earth to provide excellent work and service initially, but the stress of maintaining a booming business has her in a tizzy to say the least! This last year she can't seem to keep her appointment schedule together and has been an emotional wreck, (she has even verbalized to me that she is thinking of closing up shop recently). I kept coming through this shift of customer service because of Wendy's work but yesterday, she literally got up in the middle of starting my nails, screamed at her husband in Chinese and left for the day without saying a word to me. Then when I asked her husband who would service me, he yelled at me to leave! You can't make this stuff up! I did take a stand and got my nails done but I can't allow myself to be abused and have to sadly move on. I say “sadly†because I loved the work they did but a few brazen customers who witnessed everything, did whisper validating things to me, such as the place is basically going to hell. The other devout followers pretended nothing happened because they don't want to go elsewhere just yet. You may have a good experience there initially but I promise you that if you stay long enough, you too will experience the chaos of unstable nail salon owners! I give them six months and they will be closed. RIP in advance- the one nail salon :(

After two years of coming here I am officially moving on. For two years I have always call every other week to make my an appointment with Angel. I would constantly refer anyone and everyone to this salon because of the WORK that Angel and Gloria have done. This week was no different I came in and got my toes done but instead of being accommodated with my usual nail Tech I was told that someone else would do my hands because it was going to be too late for Angel to do them. I understood this and was willing to allow someone else to do my manicure.

I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone. One woman rushed my pedicure. Another woman did a terrible job on my S&S manicure. The woman doing my manicure constantly laughed and commented on my weight, which is a sensitive topic for me. When it was time to pay, I was told that I MUST give a 15% tip. There were no signs in the facility stating that each customer is required to pay a tip. The staff there was very rude and unpleasant!

They did great nails, however, were very rude when we were drying our nails. They kept demanding tip from us and staring us down until we put money on the table . I wouldn't recommend, it was not a good experience.
