I trade my phone to a new phone. A very nice guy named Kevin Ventura assists me very well. Explain how much charges I will get, the technical details about my new phone, he does the phone to phone transfer of my information, and takes time to answer all my inquiries. I give him 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this store. Everyone is very helpful, nice and accommodating even in their busy time.

I had some issues with the app functionality after I purchased a new iPhone at an AT&T store in Cedarhurst. I came back to the store and worked with Kevin. He did a superb job to restore all the apps and ensure my phone functionality!

Worst experience of our lives. Total nightmare. Employee added multiple lines to our account. Att has not removed them after multiple hours in store and on phone with corporate. Managers make requests for fixes and nothing happens. It's more then the store. It's a completely dysfunctional company. T-mobile, Verizon... just do anything but att.

Very Pleasant experience. Moses took care of us like a family member, explain everything in detailed and answered all the questions we had. Work very hard to give us the best deal. I had to come back on later date to pick-up my phone that was ordered and beautiful experience with Guadalupe and she answerd all the questions we asked and transferred all the information from my old phone to my new phone with no issues. Yesterday had to pick-up a tablet that was on order as well. the manager Greg took care me started up the tablet to make sure it was working properly. Thank You Again AT&T Crew for painless transactions defintely will be coming back for future transactions.
